DWI Poland is a long-term real estate investor focused on acquiring and owning high-quality commercial properties across Poland. As part of the DWI Group, an international  investment group headquartered in Cyprus, we have been successfully investing in the Polish market since 2015.

Our investment strategy is built on identifying well-located properties with strong long-term potential and creating sustainable value through disciplined investment. We focus on assets distinguished by excellent visibility, strong daily footfall, and strategic locations that attract leading national and international retailers.

Today, DWI Poland owns three retail properties with a combined gross leasable area of more than 30,000 sq m and an estimated portfolio value of approximately €40 million.

Looking ahead, we are committed to expanding our presence in the Polish market and aim to double the size of our portfolio over the next three to five years through selective acquisitions and strategic investments.
